Most parents spend months drilling lists of synonyms and antonyms.
But if your child enters a state of panic (a "Prefrontal Cortex hijack") during the exam, access to those words is biologically cut off.

To secure the result, we must first secure the nervous system. Below is the "Sepals Vocabulary List"—the specific phrases parents must learn to regulate themselves, and the scripts to regulate their child.

The Internal Script

Vocabulary for the Parent (Self-Talk)
"We are running out of time." "I will focus on what we can achieve today." Function: Shifts focus from 'Future Threat' (uncontrollable) to 'Present Action' (controllable), lowering cortisol.
"This is the most important year of my child's life." "This is just one chapter in their story." Function: Lowers the stakes. Prevents the parent's amygdala from sensing a 'life-or-death' threat and projecting it onto the child.
"I don't think my child is working hard enough." "I trust my child's capacity to learn with my support." Function: Shifts from 'Projective Anxiety' (fear of failure) to 'Secure Base' attachment (trust in the child).

The External Script

Vocabulary to use with the Child
"Don't panic!" "I can see this feels big right now." Function: Validates the feeling (Validation) rather than dismissing it, which calms the nervous system.
"You need to focus." "Let's take a breath and reset together." Function: Moves from 'Command' (high pressure) to 'Co-regulation' (shared safety).
"What if you don't get in?" "You are loved regardless of the result." Function: The ultimate safety cue. Removes the 'condition of worth' attached to the exam.
